Cardiac Health Network
To improve cardiac population health, HQSI will build on existing initiatives and leverage our relationships with national organizations and other stakeholders, HQSI will convene medical experts, community partners, and physician practices in a Cardiac Learning and Action Network to address aspirin therapy, blood pressure control, cholesterol control, and smoking cessation at the state level.

Million Hearts Campaign
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services are co-leaders of the Million Hearts Campaign within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The Million Hearts Campaign is a national initiative designed to prevent 1 million heart attacks and strokes in the United States over five years.
