Healthcare Quality Strategies, Inc., (HQSI) reviews complaints about the quality of care people with Medicare receive. HQSI also reviews the need for inpatient hospital care and certain outpatient treatments to help determine whether care was provided in the proper setting. Medicare requires that we publish an Annual Medical Services Review Report. The Report shows the numbers and types of review we do.
